My husband and I have been faithful customers of Mark from SuperClean since
1995. Mark does an outstanding job. I have needed the soil from normal traffic
but also stains from entire glasses of red wine and our German Shepherd Dogs
removed. Mark always does an amazing job of removing the soil and stains every
time much to our relief. The carpets always look brand new when he is finished.
I recommend him over and over to my friends. My friends are now faithful clients
of his as well. Not only does he do a great job but he is very nice to deal with.

Dear Mark,
As you know, you've cleaned my carpets many times over the years, on all three levels
of my home. This has not always been an easy task given the two dogs, both of whom have
"issues." Add to that my son and friends who
use the basement playroom as a video game Mecca, which leads to more spilled food and drink

However, not only am I pleased and happy with the job you do cleaning my carpets, but
sometimes I'm actually amazed that you could remove stains that I thought were
hopeless!
Of course I have recommended you to friends and neighbors. One friend was particularly
impressed when you were able to salvage her basement carpet after a water catastrophe
which had mold and mildew setting in. I am at this friends house frequently, and I can
tell you there is no lingering odor at all.

Mark is the best! I hired him when we were recently arrived in Wilton from Hong Kong,
and Raul was suffering from allergies (city rat moves to the country & can't breathe
because of all the trees and flowers and fresh air...). Having most of our carpets
cleaned monthly reduced his allergies remarkably. (Then I learned about nutrition
and started him on fish oil supplements, and the allergies mostly went away - so now
we don't need the carpets cleaned as often, but we will use Mark - wouldn't even
consider anybody else!) Now I hire him often to clean up the frequent mess the cat
makes when he brings in his catch of the day and consumes it under the piano - often
leaving a nasty stain. Mark is brilliant at erasing even the worst stains from our light
green carpet in the family room.

I love supporting local sole-proprietors, since I am one myself. I know he maintains his truck and his equipment himself, which I admire. He certainly knows every aspect of his business intimately because he does it all, and as a result is very good at what he does
Mark was our knight in shining armor, our rescuer, our salvation on the occasion of the great flood of April 15, 2007. It had been raining hard all day that day, 8 inches in 24 hours I believe was the final measurement. By Sunday afternoon, we noticed water starting to collect in the basement, soaking the carpet. I phoned Mark immediately and he put us on his schedule for the next morning. I was able to hire "Two Men and A Truck" Monday morning to help me move all the furniture and storage boxes from the basement into the garage. Shortly after they were done, Mark arrived with a friend and another truck, chopped up the saturated carpet and hauled it away, and sucked up 250 gallons of water out of the basement. He brought 2 powerful fans to dry everything out, helped me prop the antique Chinese rug up on sawhorses to dry, and within 24 hours of the flood, our basement was completely dry. Mark's quick response saved us from the horrors of dry-wall rot and mold by getting the water out quickly and spraying us with his anti-mold solution. Most of our neighbors had to wait for a week before they were able to get the help they needed to pump the water out and dry their basements, and almost all suffered major damage. We were very fortunate to have Mark's talents at hand on short notice, and as a result, our damage was minimal. For that, we are deeply grateful!
I have recommended Mark's services to a number of my friends, all of whom have been just as impressed with his work as I am. Not only does he do good work, he is also a really nice guy! I really enjoy chatting with him each time he comes, and hearing about his adventures in sole-proprietorship and nutrition, two areas in which we share an interest.
I would recommend Mark without reservation to anyone needing carpet or rug cleaning services - both for regular carpets and for your finest Persians. During our overseas postings in Pakistan and Hong Kong, we acquired an impressive collection of Persian and Asian carpets, and Mark has been in charge of cleaning them for us for over 12 years now. He does a wonderful job on upholstered furniture as well. You can trust Mark with all your cleaning needs, he is the best!
